My Villij is a private, invite-only coordination and support app that helps trusted friends and family communicate and coordinate help requests in real time.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide to Us
When you create an account or use the Service, you may provide us with:
• Account information: name, email address, mobile phone number, password, and profile photo (optional).
• Trusted network information: the names and contact details of people you invite to or accept invitations from your trusted network.
• Content: messages, help requests, notifications, photos, schedules, reminders, and other content you create or share through the Service.
• Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan or make an in-app purchase, our payment processor ([PAYMENT PROCESSOR - e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe]) collects your payment card or account information. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Communications with us: any information you provide when you contact us for support, respond to surveys, or otherwise communicate with us.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
• Device information: device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile carrier, browser type, and language.
• Usage information: features you use, actions you take, dates and times of access, and error logs.
• Location information: with your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location data from your device to enable location-based features (such as sharing your arrival at a pickup location). You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.
• Log and analytics data: IP address, crash reports, and performance data.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
If you invite someone to your trusted network or are invited by another user, we may receive limited information (such as a name or phone number) from that user in order to send the invitation. We do not store or use this information for any purpose other than facilitating the invitation.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including delivering messages, notifications, and help requests within your trusted network.
• Authenticate your account and protect the security of the Service.
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.
• Send SMS messages, push notifications, and emails related to your use of the Service. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the Service.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.

• Conduct aggregated, de-identified analytics to understand how the Service is used and improve its features.
We do not use your personal information for behavioral advertising, sell it to data brokers, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

3.1 With Your Trusted Network
The whole point of My Villij is to share information with the people you trust. Content you send, post, or share - including messages, help requests, photos, location (when you choose to share it), and schedule information - is visible to the members of the trusted network you select. You control who is in your trusted network.
3.2 Service Providers (Sub-Processors)
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate the Service. These providers process information only on our instructions and are contractually obligated to protect it. Our current sub-processors include:

3.4 Business Transfers
If My Villij is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. SMS Messaging and Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and using the Service, you consent to receive SMS text messages from My Villij for transactional purposes, including account verification, help request notifications, coordination alerts, and security messages. Message frequency varies based on your use of the Service. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. You can also disable SMS notifications in your account settings.
Your phone number and the contents of your messages are processed through Twilio, Inc. in accordance with Twilio's privacy policy and applicable carrier requirements (including 10DLC compliance for US carriers).
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 Access, Correction, Deletion, and Portability
You may access, correct, update, or delete your account information at any time through the Service settings or by contacting us at [PRIVACY EMAIL]. You may also request a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a portable format.
5.2 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us. You may disable location access, push notifications, camera, photo library, microphone, and contacts access at any time through your device settings. Disabling certain permissions may limit features of the Service.
5.5 California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; (b) request access to and a copy of your personal information; (c) request deletion of your personal information; (d) correct inaccurate personal information; (e) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising); and (f) be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. My Villij is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. 1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and My Villij App, LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("My Villij," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the My Villij mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; (c) you are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of the United States, Canada, or any other applicable jurisdiction; and (d) the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Description of the Service
My Villij is a private, invite-only coordination and support application that helps trusted friends and family members communicate and coordinate help requests in real time. Features may include sending and receiving notifications for childcare support, pickups, schedule coordination, reminders, time-sensitive assistance, and similar coordination needs within an invite-only trusted network.
My Villij is a communication and coordination tool only. We do not provide childcare, transportation, medical, emergency, or other in-person services. All decisions about whether to act on any request, who to invite to your trusted network, and how to coordinate help are made solely by you and the members of your trusted network.
4. Accounts and Trusted Networks
4.1 Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.2 Trusted Networks
You alone choose who to invite to your trusted network and whose invitations to accept. My Villij does not verify the identity, background, character, or fitness of any user. We do not conduct background checks, criminal record checks, identity verification, or any other vetting of users or invitees. You are solely responsible for evaluating the trustworthiness of any person you invite to or accept in your trusted network and for any consequences of doing so.
4.3 Account Security
You agree to: (a) keep your password confidential; (b) not share your account with anyone; (c) immediately notify us of any unauthorized access; and (d) use strong authentication methods we may offer, such as two-factor authentication. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
5.1 Subscriptions
Certain features of the Service may require payment of a subscription fee or one-time purchase. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and features will be disclosed at the time of purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us (or the applicable app store) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
5.2 Billing Through App Stores
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your purchase is governed by the applicable app store's terms, including their billing, renewal, and refund policies. Subscriptions purchased through an app store must be managed and cancelled through that app store's account settings, not through My Villij.
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except as required by law.
5.4 Refunds
Except where required by law or the policies of an applicable app store, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods, unused features, or accidental purchases.
5.5 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after we notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
6. User Content
6.1 Your Content
"User Content" means any content you upload, post, share, or transmit through the Service, including messages, help requests, photos, schedules, and other communications. You retain ownership of your User Content.
6.2 License to My Villij
You grant My Villij a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Service, including delivering your User Content to the members of your trusted network you designate. This license terminates when you delete your User Content or your account, except as needed for backups, legal compliance, or to maintain copies that have already been shared with your trusted network.
6.3 Your Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all necessary rights to your User Content; (b) your User Content does not violate any law or these Terms; and (c) your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, abuse, defame, stalk, or otherwise harm any person;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
• Upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or invasive of another's privacy;
• Share sexually explicit material, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any content depicting minors in a sexual or exploitative manner;
• Send unsolicited commercial communications, spam, or chain messages;
• Use the Service to coordinate or facilitate illegal activity;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) without our written permission;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the Service;
• Use the Service to collect or harvest personal information of other users;
• Resell, rent, or transfer your account or access to the Service;
• Use the Service in a manner that could overburden or impair the infrastructure of the Service;
• Violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
8. Notifications, Messaging, and the Reality of Coordination
IMPORTANT: MY VILLIJ IS A COORDINATION TOOL, NOT A GUARANTEE. THE FOLLOWING TERMS LIMIT WHAT THE SERVICE PROMISES AND WHAT YOU CAN RELY ON IT FOR. READ THEM CAREFULLY.
8.1 No Guarantee of Delivery
My Villij relies on third-party services (such as Twilio for SMS, and Apple and Google for push notifications), mobile networks, and the internet to deliver messages and notifications. We do not guarantee that any message, notification, or help request will be delivered, will be delivered on time, will be received, or will be read. Notifications may be delayed, undelivered, or lost due to outages, network issues, device settings, dead batteries, do-not-disturb modes, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.
8.2 Not for Emergencies
The Service is not designed for emergencies. In an emergency, including any situation involving risk to life, health, or safety, you must contact 911 or the appropriate emergency services in your jurisdiction. Do not rely on My Villij to summon emergency assistance, and do not rely on the delivery of any notification through My Villij to ensure a time-critical outcome.
8.3 Responsibility Within Your Trusted Network
You are solely responsible for the people you invite to and accept in your trusted network and for any harm, loss, or damage that may result from their conduct or from your reliance on them. My Villij does not screen users, verify their identity, or vouch for their suitability to provide childcare, transportation, or any other support. Any decision to entrust the care of a child, family member, or other person to a member of your trusted network is yours alone.
8.4 Carrier and Data Charges
Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS, MMS, and data usage in connection with the Service. We are not responsible for any such charges.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 My Villij IP
The Service, including all software, text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other content (other than User Content), is the property of My Villij or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. "My Villij," the My Villij logo, and related marks are trademarks of My Villij App, LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
9.2 Limited License to You
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Service or any part of it.
9.3 Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, comments, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Service or by contacting us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].
10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including (without limitation) if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your conduct creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if we discontinue the Service.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your account and User Content, although content you have shared with your trusted network may remain visible to those recipients. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 6.2 (License), 8 (No Guarantee), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 14 (Dispute Resolution), and 15 (General).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY VILLIJ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) ANY MESSAGE OR NOTIFICATION WILL BE DELIVERED OR RECEIVED; (C) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS; OR (D) ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
MY VILLIJ MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT ANY USER, INCLUDING ANY MEMBER OF YOUR TRUSTED NETWORK, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MY VILLIJ APP, LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS OFFICERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT MY VILLIJ HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY VILLIJ'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MY VILLIJ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Villij App, LLC, its affiliates, and its officers, managers, members, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any third party's rights; or (e) your interactions with any other user, including any member of your trusted network.
14. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH MY VILLIJ THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND LIMITS YOUR ABILITY TO BRING A CLASS ACTION OR JURY TRIAL.
14.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at [LEGAL EMAIL] with a written description of the dispute and to attempt to resolve it informally. We will likewise contact you before initiating arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
14.2 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved informally will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Miami-Dade County, Florida, or by telephone or video conference at the parties' option. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
14.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND MY VILLIJ AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.
14.4 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may: (a) bring an individual action in small claims court in Miami-Dade County, Florida; (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights; or (c) bring claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law.
